Amanda is a patient and professional coach. She takes the time to understand what your goals are and also adjusts those alongside your progress and/or needs along the way. I like that everything is very functional based but also includes some yoga/Pilates to mix it all up. If there’s anyone who knows how to maximize a training session it’s Amanda.
