OWNER | HEAD COACH AMANDA COLE
Amanda’s approach blends together various movement modalities including strength and conditioning, mobility and balance training, somatic exercise, myofascial release/training, and yoga. Each training session is tailored to her client’s individual needs and goals. Amanda aims for you to leave your sessions feeling challenged in just the right way.
Amanda began her fitness journey in her early 20s when she began running marathons. She quickly realized that adding strength and mobility training to her exercise routine was a must if she wanted to continue running long distances and stay injury free. She fell in love with the world of strength and conditioning and made a career change to reflect that passion. Amanda spent the first seven years of her training career in New York City working for industry giant, Equinox – and later for the much loved Brooklyn based strength and conditioning gym, Breuckelen Athletic. Amanda now coaches out of her home based studio in Warwick, RI and virtually over Zoom.
